Is there parking available?There is a large, free carpark right outside the studio.

Is there any train stations/bus stops nearby?Yes! Sandy train station is a 7-minute walk. Sandy town centre bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the studio.

How long will my appointment be?This depends on the appointment type and varies from 15 minutes to 2+ hours. This information is on the booking page. If you are unsure, please contact me directly as a lot of treatments are bespoke.

What should I expect after my treatment?This depends on the appointment type. For most treatments, there is little to no downtime. However, for all treatments, you ought to avoid having treatment if you plan on drinking alcohol within 48 hours following your appointment. This is because alcohol thins your blood and can affect the outcome. Vastly, I would say that for PRP and micro needling treatments you can expect some redness and a tight feeling in the treated areas. For dermal filler you can expect some bruising and swelling (this can be significant if you’ve had a Russian lip). In most cases the worst of this is gone in 2/3 days, but it can last up to 2 (or even 4) weeks, if you have any concerns, please contact me immediately. For Botox treatments bruising is rare and swelling is extremely uncommon. Full aftercare will be provided, and I will talk through what to expect for your specific treatment at your appointment.

Do I need to follow any aftercare?Yes! Full aftercare will be provided at your appointment as well as prior to your appointment via email.

What should I do if I have any concerns?Please do not panic. If you have any concerns after your appointment, please do not hesitate to contact me. Ideally send a text/DM with pictures of your concern as well as a full description. I will advise what to do next. I have full emergency training and will not allow anything to cause long term issues. Even the best, most experienced injectors experience complications. It is important that they are dealt with promptly if they arise. Signs of complication after dermal filler can include white/blanched/grey areas on the skin where colour doesn’t flush back after a firm massage, strange looking bruises, and/or extreme pain. However, if you are unsure, please contact me. I will always prefer to put your mind at ease than have you worry.

How long will my results last?This depends on the type of treatment. For Botox it varies from 8 weeks to 1 year depending on the area treated and the person’s own resilience to the product. For dermal filler, you can expect results to last from 3 months to 4 years. This depends on several factors that include type of filler used, client metabolism, amount of filler used, area treated, client tissue density. A number of these factors are out of my control, I recommend that you schedule regular top-up appointments as and when you feel they are needed.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes! Payment plans are as bespoke as the treatment. I offer flexible, personalised options to ensure that my treatments are accessible for all. You can also pay by card or cash.

What are your cancellation terms?My cancellation terms are as follows: When booking this appointment, you have been charged a non-refundable booking fee of £50. Should you wish to rearrange your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice this fee can be transferred in the first instance only. Should you wish to rearrange your appointment a second time, the booking fee will be forfeited. If you cancel or amend the appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. If you do so with more than 48 hours’ notice, you will lose the booking fee only. If you are late to the appointment, you will have the time taken from your slot so as not to be detrimental to other clients. Clients more than 10 minutes late for their appointment will be treated as a no show, this incurs a 100% treatment charge. You will need to agree to these when booking your appointment, they will also be sent in your confirmation and reminder emails before your appointment. Any charges will be made automatically. I ask that you respect my time and let me know as early as possible if you have any concerns about attending your appointment.
